About CCA
The Consumer Complaint Agency is a non-governmental organization established as a means to gain strength through the power of collective consumer reporting. Corporations very frequently get away with countless unethical business practices without any consequences or responsibility. The CCA gathers official complaints from a wide spectrum of consumers from around the United States, and manually reviews each and every complaint. Alone, the consumer has very little strength, but when teamed up with a consumer advocacy group, corporations take much better notice and care. It is the CCA's belief that there is no limit to corporate and business greed when left unchecked. It is the consumer's duty to file detailed reports of all incidents, in order to provide a safe path for future consumers and to hold businesses accountable. Acting by oneself, a customer has very little power, but when combined with the voices of many others, he is heard. If you represent a company that would like to rebut a CCA decision and/or the archiving of a complaint filed against your firm, please contact us only after reviewing our terms of use. The CCA issues official approval to businesses based upon merit alone, and will not accept payment in exchange for the CCA seal of approval. Please note that CCA is not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney. We cannot provide legal advice or represent you in court. The services we provide are not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. ![]() Home • FAQ • About CCA • Contact • Terms of Service
